Cecily - I don't comment often, but I do read - and those pictures are just fantastic. The love that you can see on your face when you're looking at Tori, and her chubby gorgeousness...it's amazing, it's perfect. Congratulations on your family :)
You must have some great mama milk going on over there. Look at those thigh rolls! I just wanna pinch 'em.
I can't believe how big she is getting already, though I still can't make a firm decision on who she looks the most like.
She's so gorgeous Cec!!
Absolutely adorable! My 5 year old daughter wandered over and was cooing over Tori too....she says she's the most beautiful baby EVER! ;) I'm inclined to agree, well...second to my princess of course ;)
God in his infinite wisdom encouraged me to UTTERLY DESPISE Tom Cruise and quit reading that celeb crap before the TomCat Bragenlina blah blah blah craze came along. (I did follow Gwen Stefani's pregnancy w/ some interest)
Anyway congrats, great article, how exciting!
She is soooo cute, poor door looks underfed though (har har).
She is absolutely beautiful. I know you know this better than you know anything. Her little face just makes my heart swell with feelings of mushy cuteness to her!
I'm mostly a lurker so you won't know my name, but I've caught up and had to comment a few things. I hadn't had time to read since Tori has been born. OH MY GOD SHE'S ADORABLE!!! I love those little cheekers!
I nursed and took Zoloft after I finished nursing Ava around 10 mos. We had a horrible time with it where I thought I'd have a few breakdowns, but ultimitely it passed. I've stopped taking it at this point because it's too freakin expensive!
As for the weightloss I'm in the 90 plus catagory to lose. My problem is I'm too lazy to stay on diet. Also have your problem of too many people to take care of so I eat out alot.
Here's what friend of mine is having done because when I read your post it mirrors almost what she said. So I asked her if I could post it. Surgery may not be something you've thought of or even want to do, but if I had to pick one this might be it.
From her:
"After several years of contemplation and research I've made a very important decision - one that's going to drastically change my life.
I'm going to pursue weight loss surgery. The Lap-Band procedure specifically.
I've truly come to the end of my ability to deal with being so overweight. Diets DO NOT WORK. Nothing short of starvation coupled with walking three miles a day (at least) has ever worked for me - and even then, as soon as I stopped eating like a parakeet and exercising constantly every ounce came right back.
I've been dieting off and on since I was eight years old and have lost (and regained, and lost again, and regained again) about 300lbs in those 23 years.
It has to stop, or I'm going to die. I want to BE HERE for my husband and daughter, for any child I might have in the future as well, and I want to be as healthy and capable as possible. If I don't do something now I'm afraid I'll end up one of those women who never gets up off the couch because they're too damned big to put on their own shoes or walk to the car."
She went on to say more, but I had never heard of the lap-band procedure and it's reversable from what I understand. Something to ponder.
Wow, I know people must tell you this all the time but she looks JUST like Charlie! So cute!
