Hey, I heard that moms just get sleep when they can. I will be thinking positive sleepy thoughts for you and the family. If I lived close I would change places and let you sleep for two days. I lived for three years without a full nights sleep. My baby was over 85 and got up two to three times a night to have coffee ice cream. When we had to put her in a nursing home I couldn't sleep all night for six to eight months.
Have fun camping! I went camping when I was probably 10 months to a year old. What a great way to learn about all the cool things in life.
I am in my Nanny role (for Peace and Love) while Kate, Rob and Kayleigh are down at the race. I don't have to deal with no sleep just lots of barking and jumping, and rough housing. So I am a Mom this weekend too.
You haven't acknowledged the Duke prosecutor hearings (today, the state bar just found Mike Nifong broke many rules when he "charged ahead in a tragic rush to accuse"). You were once so condemning of these young men, whose lives were ruined by this tragic incident. What do you say now, that everyone knows that they are innocent? Are you reading the articles? http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070616/ap_on_re_us/duke_lacrosse
Oh Cec, I am so glad to hear that the sleep is a little better. I am sure I will be calling you for sleep help oneday. Have fun camping..sounds really nice and relaxing. Kiss that Tori for me.
I do so worry about Tori, it is soooo obvious that no one cares anything about her! Ha Ha!!! I just love to watch her in your lap, just loving being a little girl! She is getting so big! I can hardly believe she is already a year old.
Have fun camping, and sleeping! Have a great Weekend!
Arrrgggh in tears again! How cute is Tori... absolutely precious! I hope that you had a great weekend camping... can't wait to hear all about it :) I know how you feel about the sleeping... your not alone. All the best! Amanda X
Ha! I completely agree with your comment about campgrounds you would have scoffed at before children. We finally went camping with the wee one when she was 17 months. The place we chose, we never would have considered before her.
It was too close to home (and the metro area), too popular, with most people in some kind of RV, and camping far too close to our site. There was a wedding and a sailboat regatta on Saturday afternoon. The boy scout canoe earning badge group came Sunday morning. Not that there is anything wrong with any of those things, just not what we are used to.
We plan to go to the same place again, because it was better than no camping. Hope you have a great time!
Hope the camping went well...and you got some SLEEP!
Also, don't stop kissing that sweet child of yours ever...you kiss her so much and she's lucky for it.
Oh that was so cute. My ovaries are totally aching now. I hope y'all got some sleep last night. Have a wonderful camping trip!!
